Damian is not only the driving force behind Igloo but also a mentor to the entire team. With an encyclopaedic knowledge of mortgage criteria, Damian knows how to solve even the trickiest cases. If there’s a way to make it work, Damian will find it! Fun fact: Damian is also a keen chess player – always planning three moves ahead, both on the board and in the world of mortgages!
Tom Louch CeMAP

Having climbed onto the property ladder himself in late 2023, Tom is passionate about helping others do the same. He understands the excitement, challenges, and emotions that come with being a first-time buyer. His years of teamwork as a rugby player shine through in his commitment to supporting clients and colleagues alike. Fun fact: Tom qualified as a mortgage consultant in record time, acing all 3 exams without a single falter.

Vicki is our go-to for lifetime mortgages and also our compliance expert. She’s a stickler for the rules, which makes her perfect for keeping us on track. And it’s no surprise – as a netball umpire, Vicki ensures fair play on and off the court! Fun fact: Vicki will soon be taking her lifetime mortgage knowledge on-the-road. Look out for her at various networking events and coffee mornings.

Cohen joined the Igloo Team in 2025 and has brought bundles of energy and enthusiasm with him!
In his spare time, Cohen is a rugby fanatic.
William Louch

Will comes from a business and finance background having worked in both education and tax. He is a driven enthusiast with an eye for detail and problem solving.
In his spare time, Will enjoyed spending time in the gym, going on runs and watching Manchester United. He also plays euphonium and tuba.
Julita Piasecka
Social Media & Marketing
Supermum, head chef, and marketing powerhouse – Julita wears many hats and excels in all of them. Since joining us, her creative marketing strategies have sent our business to new heights. Her dedication and energy are nothing short of inspiring! Fun fact: Julita is fluent in Polish, allowing us to offer translation services for the Polish-speaking community.
Sam Gregg
Director
Sam works behind the scenes and is full of energy and enthusiasm, and he is a strong believer in good communication and strives to provide good ‘old-fashioned customer service’. His youth gives him a great understanding of the latest technologies and aligns himself with the company ethos: mortgages made simple! Fun fact: Sam became the director of 4 separate companies before the age of 20 – this boy is going places!

Matt is the man behind the curtain, ensuring everything at Igloo runs like clockwork. A stickler for organisation and efficiency, Matt pulls the strings backstage to keep the business running smoothly. With Matt in control, nothing gets missed – he’s the glue that holds everything together! Fun fact: Matt is notoriously camera shy, he even evaded the recent photo shoot!
